Guests can bring a calm, quiet, well behaved dog for certain rooms at a charge of £15 per night. If booking online should a suitable room not be available then we will contact you by return. No dog should ever be left in a room alone for any period of time. Apologies but we only ever accept one dog per room.

We can accommodate an infant but not toddlers or children in the same room as their parents. Please contact us if you wish to stay with your baby.

Rooms are not heated from late May until late September.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation within 14-5 days will incur the loss of the first nights deposit if we are unable to rebook your room. In the event that we can rebook your room then a £20 administration charge will be retained.In the event that multiple rooms are booked then cancellation within 21-5 days will always incur the loss of the first night deposits.

Cancellations within 5 days of arrival will incur a full charge for all nights booked. Holiday insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

Please advise at time of booking if you require hypo-allegenic pillows and duvets.
